Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Quantam Software Application Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for leading our organization, allocating resources, and implementing policies and programs. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement and organized.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
