Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety in our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product specifications and quality control procedures.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality and food safety issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Food Science or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
