We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Clerk at Sherwood Drug Mart (2010) INC.
Key Responsibilities- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as processing returns and exchanges, and handling customer complaints.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
