About the Role

Nature's Touch Inc. is a leading supplier of frozen fruit to major retailers in North America, Australia, Taiwan, and Japan. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, supporting corporate planning and analytics projects.

This is an ideal position for individuals who enjoy building tools and processes from the ground up. You will work closely with our Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A to develop and maintain standard financial and management reporting using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain standard financial and management reporting using BI tools, focusing on key metrics driving business performance.
  • Analyze customer and SKU level gross profit, partnering with the pricing team to ensure margin performance meets expectations.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of BI tools for efficient financial analysis.
  • Support projects to build and maintain tools for corporate planning and forecasting.
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide bespoke reporting and financial analysis needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI.
