About You
You are an experienced and competitive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales cycle environment. You have experience selling innovative digital design and development services for web, mobile, and emerging technologies. You know how to make connections with new businesses to drive growth. If you are the successful candidate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious new customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with top-tier clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions that drive their success.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with agility and finesse, closing high-value deals that propel TribalScale to new heights.
- Innovate and strategize with our talented team, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital transformation.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and industry expert.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities and markets, expanding our reach and impact globally.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience with a focus on the digital service industry in a senior or strategic role
- Experience selling innovative digital design and development services for web, mobile, and emerging technologies
- Exceptional communications skills, with the ability to craft compelling written and verbal communications at different levels of the sales funnel
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple high-value accounts while continuously seeking new strategic opportunities
- Proven ability to understand client needs, negotiate costs and services, and close high-value deals.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and techniques (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Advanced user of productivity tools; Slack, G Suite, Clickup
