As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance in the evaluation, consideration, and proposal of projects within our nuclear facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update operating procedures and instructions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for budget preparation and variance monitoring.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and assist in the development of others.
  • Prepare specifications for purchasing requisitions and coordinate with procurement teams.
  • Develop and maintain reports to provide information and data in response to external requests.
  • Provide technical evaluations and advice, solve complex problems, and coordinate technical work.
  • Recommend research and development programs to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Review proposals from internal and external sources related to assigned areas.

Requirements

  • 4 years of university education in Electrical, Nuclear, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent level of education.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in system engineering, performance engineering, or nuclear power plant operations.
  • Training and experience in the design, development, or operation of a nuclear facility.
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems and making recommendations during the design and operation of a nuclear facility.
  • Advanced knowledge in one or more subjects to evaluate and propose improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to prepare clear and concise reports.
