As a Farm Supervisor at SAHIBAS BLUEBERRY FARM LTD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily agricultural operations. Your expertise will ensure the smooth functioning of farm activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial and production records to track farm performance.
  • Agricultural Services: Provide essential crop services including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the efforts of general farm workers and harvesting laborers to optimize productivity.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to farm safety and bio-security protocols to protect both workers and crops.
  • Quality Control: Maintain quality control measures and production logs to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Crop Operations Supervision: Oversee growing and other crop-related operations to maximize yield.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep detailed work records and logs for operational efficiency.
  • Equipment Management: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • General Duties: Perform various general farm duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in agricultural operations.
