Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in the community setting. As an Occupational Therapist with Community Therapists, you will work with a diverse group of clients to assess their needs and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients in their homes and communities
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Develop and implement graduated activity and return-to-work plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
