Brandt offers a thorough and structured training program designed to equip you with the knowledge of products, terminology, and skills essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate should possess experience with various web applications and demonstrate the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems while handling incoming customer inquiries.

While proficiency in both French and English is advantageous, it is not a requirement. Flexible shifts are available to accommodate our 24/7 Customer Service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Address parts pricing inquiries from customers via phone, email, and text.
  2. Accurately process parts order requests from clients.
  3. Inform customers about inventory availability and shipping timelines.
  4. Provide parts support and assistance to Brandt field staff.
  5. Collaborate with various vendors to offer customers multiple options to fulfill their parts requests.
