Position Overview

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a skilled Digital Systems Analyst to contribute to various initiatives. The ideal candidate will be tasked with maintaining the current code infrastructure, offering operational assistance, and implementing system improvements. This role requires a quick learner with a strong ability to comprehend and manage intricate systems.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance existing software applications.
  • Provide operational support for ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop new features and functionalities.


Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in .NET, SQL, API development, and Agile methodologies.
  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a diploma in Computer Engineering/System Technology.
  • At least five years of experience in application analysis, design, and optimization.
  • Four years of experience with web front-end technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and a popular JS framework (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Four years of experience with back-end programming languages such as Python, .NET, Node.js, or Java.
  • Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Proven track record in developing efficient web APIs and ensuring an excellent user experience.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to peers and stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Agile product delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud service providers (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline processes.
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices is advantageous.


Work Environment

This is a contract position with potential for extensions. The role offers flexibility in work location.



Compensation

Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience.
