Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welding Specialist to join our team at Alliance Custom Metals and Installs Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Work in a fast-paced industrial environment with a focus on quality and safety
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced industrial environment with a focus on quality and safety. The work site will be dusty and noisy, and the candidate must be able to work in these conditions.
