Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Sierra Flower Trading. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Warehouse Operations: Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe working practices.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse operations, and supply chain performance.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to warehouse staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in inventory control software and Microsoft Office applications.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be required to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.
