Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise Staff: Train and supervise a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Manage Inventory: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on department performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Supervision:

The Food Service Supervisor will supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
