Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Masonry Specialist to join our team at PARADISE POOLS AND LANDSCAPING. This is a permanent position offering a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in masonry or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities

As a Masonry Specialist, your tasks will include:

  • Preparing and laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units
  • Estimating the materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects
  • Constructing and installing prefabricated masonry units
  • Building decorative installations such as patios and garden walls
  • Reading blueprints to determine material requirements
  • Working at heights using scaffolding or swing stages
  • Cutting and trimming bricks and blocks to specifications
  • Instructing apprentices and supervising other workers
  • Restoring and maintaining existing masonry structures
