At Coveo, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Cybersecurity, reporting directly to the CISO. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our security and risk strategy, ensuring the protection of our assets, data, and customer information.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for our platform and corporate environments, ensuring robust protection against emerging threats and alignment with industry best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing security team that collaborates closely with all departments, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Serve as Coveo's key advisor to the executive team and board on cybersecurity matters, including risk management, incident management, compliance & governance.
- Collaborate with and influence multiple business functions, including R&D & IT, to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and a proven track record building and executing on a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire accountability and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Extensive knowledge of various information security management frameworks and the critical thinking necessary to decide how to apply them to serve different business cases.
