Position Overview
As a Lead ERP Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives.
Your extensive technical expertise and proven leadership capabilities will be essential in managing intricate ERP implementations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee comprehensive ERP project implementations, ensuring they align with both business goals and technical specifications.
- Engage with stakeholders to collect and evaluate business requirements, translating them into precise technical specifications and actionable project plans.
- Supervise the configuration, customization, and deployment of ERP systems to guarantee optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Provide technical direction and support to project teams, including developers, system administrators, and business analysts.
- Conduct in-depth system analyses to pinpoint areas for enhancement, propose solutions, and execute improvements.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, encompassing requirements specifications, technical designs, testing plans, and user manuals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to comprehend user needs, business processes, and system objectives, translating these into effective system configurations.
- Customize software systems to cater to user requirements, utilizing advanced features to enhance performance and usability.
- Identify opportunities to optimize software application usage within the organization, suggesting process improvements and exploring new features while staying updated on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to test and implement changes or updates to software applications, ensuring quality standards are met without disrupting business operations.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Proven experience in a Senior Systems Analyst role or a similar capacity, particularly with large-scale ERP projects, is essential.
Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems such as Yardi, SiteLink, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable platforms is necessary.
