We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at YXE Parts 4 Truckers Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Distribution: Coordinate the timely and efficient distribution of goods to our customers and partners.
  • Container Assembly: Assemble and prepare containers and crates for shipping and storage.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track shipments, and verify incoming goods against invoices and documents.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain a comprehensive record-keeping system to track shipments, inventory, and other relevant data.
  • Shortages and Damages: Identify and record shortages and damaged goods, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Packing and Unpacking: Pack goods for shipping and unpack received goods, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
  • Loading and Unloading: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
