About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team at EZEE DECK & RAIL LTD. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fully fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife
  • Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets
  • Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a variety of locations, including outdoors, and will be required to work at heights, in dusty and noisy conditions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience is an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Team player
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to walk
Security and Safety

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
