Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assess and evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and organize daily tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze market research and trends to gauge consumer demand and sales potential.
  • Decide on the merchandise and services to be offered.
  • Establish pricing and credit policies to optimize sales.
  • Source and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenses.
  • Address and resolve operational issues, including customer inquiries and supply challenges.
  • Recruit, hire, and oversee staff and/or volunteers.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
