Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize staff productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service offerings comply with quality control standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance.
- Compile food order summaries for the chef to facilitate efficient meal planning.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
