Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
The role is primarily based in a restaurant setting, providing a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile food order summaries for the chef to facilitate efficient meal preparation.
- Oversee food and beverage servers.
- Manage kitchen and food service assistants.
Applicants should have between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
