Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Alpha Building Maintenance LTD. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.
Responsibilities:- Clean and disinfect all areas of the building, including floors, walls, and ceilings.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
- Restock supplies and materials as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as dusting and polishing.
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-7 months of experience in cleaning and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a variety of settings, including offices and public areas.
- May be required to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
