About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S4HANA Functional Lead to join our team at Addmore Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions to support our client's Record to Report business function.

As a seasoned professional with a strong background in SAP functional solution design and delivery, you will work closely with senior business leaders to develop a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs. Your expertise in SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets will ensure alignment with business goals.

You will be responsible for working with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience. Your ability to architect and design SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensure integrity of design through to implementation will be critical to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions to support the Record to Report business function
  • Work with senior business leaders to develop a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs
  • Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Work with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience
  • Architect and design SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensure integrity of design through to implementation
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects
  • Effectively interact with all levels of business stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals
  • Hands-on functional experience working in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO with integration to SD, MM & PP
  • Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios is required
  • FSCM experience although not mandatory would be considered a bonus
  • Proven leader that can build and lead a high-performing team
  • Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Solution Architect
  • History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes
  • Proven ability of SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget
  • Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery
  • Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff
  • Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users
  • Outcome driven
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
