Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

R & A Brothers Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and SEO tools.
