Job Summary

We're seeking a Power Platform Technical Lead to join our Digital Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Integration Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Pages, and Copilot Studio.
  • Design and implement Azure Integration Services to connect various data sources and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in security, governance, and data integrity.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Stay current with the latest updates and features in Power Platform and Azure services.
  • Demonstrate a firm understanding of Power Platforms.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, businesses, and industry.
  • Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Power Platform and Azure services are preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken communication in French (Bilingual).
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Pages, Copilot Studio).
  • Strong experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to design and architect scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Motivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills (written and spoken), and a taste for teamwork.
