Job Title: Cost Control Coordinator

Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a highly skilled Cost Control Coordinator to join our team. As a Cost Control Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review cost reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Track daily progress and investigate potential out-of-scope work.
  • Manage change orders and support the project team with procurement, material receiving, and invoicing.
  • Process LEMs and review data from software used by the project and operations team.
  • Perform data entry and collection as required.
  • Assist in estimating and research historical data to compile summary reports.
Requirements:
  • Diploma and/or Post-Secondary education in Administration, Accounting, and/or Project Management or equivalent.
  • Project Administration, cost control, and/or Project Management experience required.
  • Knowledge and experience in the construction industry, including terminology and processes.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in software such as B2W, Eclipse, and Asset Panda.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
