In this position, you will excel in merchandising while providing outstanding service by:

  • Showcasing our diverse product ranges to ensure they are attractively displayed for our customers
  • Accurately setting up promotions in a timely manner to ensure clarity of our offers
  • Executing and sustaining new season plans to ensure our merchandise is visually appealing and easy for customers to navigate

As a service and sales expert with retail experience, you will deliver a high level of personalized customer support by:

  • Engaging with customers to assist them in finding tailored product solutions
  • Utilizing your retail expertise to provide product guidance across various departments
  • Coaching and supporting team members who are new to retail, leading by example at all times

This role requires availability on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Flexibility is essential during extended trading hours and peak seasons.

Our environment can be bustling, so we are looking for someone who is energetic, positive, and possesses a proactive attitude.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a personalized service and sales capacity
  • Prior experience in in-store styling or personal shopping
  • Experience in setting up promotions and executing new season adjacency plans
  • A solid understanding of merchandising principles
