Job Title: Client Support Executive

Join our team at GGB - Global and take on the exciting challenge of addressing risk head-on as a Client Support Executive. As a key member of our global brokerage team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully manage an assigned group of accounts to achieve key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, and operating/margin targets.
  • Take a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner.
  • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
  • Support one or more Producers and/or Account Executives and be the first line of contact when the Producer or Account Executive is not available.
  • Coordinate appropriate resources to address the client's risk management needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record with successfully managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial savvy.
  • RIBO License is mandatory.
  • Proficiency and comfort in using technology as a tool to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing deliverables.
