Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement short-term strategies to achieve store goals.
  • Ensure compliance with AGLC regulations and requirements.
  • Coaching and developing team members, including performance management and training.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and create repeat business and brand loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of relevant experience in a retail environment.
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience, with knowledge of AGLC regulations and requirements.
  • Valid ProServe certification.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn, work independently, and take initiative.
  • Knowledge and experience in wine, spirits, and craft beers/coolers.
  • Ability to maintain and grow an extensive customer contact program.
  • Class 5 driver's license and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Assets:

  • Sommelier certification.
  • Whiskey and other spirit expertise Mixologist training/experience.
