Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Image Fencing Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality of work
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Lead and instruct individuals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Construction Site Supervisor will work outdoors and be required to work under pressure. Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
