Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors.
  • Perform laundry and ironing tasks, including washing, drying, and folding clothing and linens.
  • Stock and maintain linen closets and supply rooms.
  • Assist with meal preparation and cleanup, including washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
  • Assist with yard work and outdoor maintenance, including mowing the lawn and trimming bushes.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in a residential setting, with occasional exposure to dust, dirt, and other allergens.
