Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Grow Sales Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with major dealer accounts and dealer groups in your district.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team
    • Lead a team of sales professionals, including senior dealer solutions executives, dealer solutions executives, and market sales coordinators.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure they meet their sales targets and goals.
  • Drive Sales Performance
    • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to major dealer accounts and dealer groups in your district.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience
    • A minimum of five (5) years of proven field sales experience is required.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Experience in the automotive industry, especially related to technology or inventory management solutions, is a plus.
  • Leadership and Management Skills
    • Minimum three (3) years of experience required in sales management, training, analytical aptitude, team building.
  • Technical Skills
    • Prior experience with sales and sales management tracking databases, such as Salesforce.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or commensurate professional experience.
