About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Analyst to join our team at Indigo Books & Music. As a key member of our Enterprise Solutions team, you will play a critical role in applying your expertise in SAP ERP, OMNI-Channel, and supply chain functional areas to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, ensuring that solutions meet end-user needs.
  • SAP Configuration and Testing: Provide hands-on configuration experience in areas of SD, MM, LE, WM/EWM, and related Master Data elements.
  • Integration and Interfacing: Design and troubleshoot interfacing systems, including IDocs for EDI or special function purposes.
  • Supply Chain Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirements and technical requirements documents.
  • Project Leadership: Act as functional lead on projects, providing production support as needed, and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree, with formal training in supply chain and ERP systems. Minimum 7 years of work experience with SAP ERP (R/3, ECC6) system and related technologies.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with SAP IS-Retail and SD-POS inbound interface is an asset.
