Aircraft Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at AAR MRO Services - Trois-Rivières. As a key member of our aircraft maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing aircraft structural, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems according to specifications, technical drawings, manuals, and procedures
- Repair and overhaul aircraft structural, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Install or modify aircraft engines or other aircraft systems
- Disassemble airframes, engines, or other aircraft systems for repair, overhaul, cleaning, and reassembly
- Perform and report on routine maintenance
- Identify and place material orders in accordance with company policies
- Order parts and supplies and maintain inventory
- Inform Quality Assurance Supervisor of irregularities on maintenance work tasks
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with quality standards, AAR policies, and procedures, and applicable regulations
- Work closely with the aircraft team leader to ensure that the work is completed on schedule
- Ensure that the aircraft documentation is complete and in accordance with company and operator standards
- Ensure that the work area is clean and safe at all times
- Ensure that the 5 "S" program is followed at all times
- Promote the quality management system and provide suggestions for improvement
- Adhere to and enforce new safety policies

Requirements:
- Technical or college training in aircraft maintenance in mechanical, structural, or avionics
- Minimum experience of 0 to 7 years in the maintenance of civil or military aircraft
- Good adaptability, organizational skills, attention to detail
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts
