Painter - Sub-Contract Work Part Time

We are seeking an experienced and skilled painter to join our team at Handyman Connection. As a painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, caulking, puttying, and painting using various techniques and materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepares surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or other means as necessary.
- Caulks, putties, cements, or plasters holes and cracks.
- Paints using brush, roller, spray gun, or other applicator.
- Prepares walls and hangs paper or other wall covering material.
- Determines and clearly identifies proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
- Evaluates customer requests, prices projects, troubleshoots customer issues, and presents a description of a work order to a customer.
- At least 5 years of experience in helping homeowners.
- Enjoyment in finding solutions for homeowners and surpassing expectations.
- Good collaboration skills with fellow craftsmen.
- Strong time management skills.
- Good communication.
- Valid driver's license.
- Personal, reliable transportation.
- Self-starter with little supervision.
- Compliance with company policy.
