Financial Analyst Role
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with the VP Finance to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform cash transactions, intercompany transactions, and associated reconciliations with high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial tasks, including account reconciliations, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
* Complete reporting for both Canadian and Netherlands operations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
* Collaborate with the SAP implementation team to ensure a smooth transition and identify process improvements.
* Perform ad-hoc analysis of financial results to support operations, accounting, and internal reporting.
**Requirements**
* CPA, CA designation with 1-3 years post-designation experience.
* Strong Excel skills and experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and adapt to changing priorities.
