  • Key Responsibilities & Required Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid Heavy Equipment Technician license
  • Experience with CVIP and inspections, particularly with trucks and trailers
  • Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills are essential; proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required
  • Familiarity with hydraulic systems, electrical components, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to repair, adjust, and/or replace faulty parts or systems on concrete ready-mix trucks and various types of equipment
  • Preference will be given to dual ticketed Heavy Equipment Technicians
  • Experience in the concrete industry, automotive knowledge, and strong troubleshooting capabilities are advantageous
  • A valid Driver's License and a clean Driver's Abstract in accordance with company standards
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime during peak periods
  • Adherence to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test.
