About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Dawaat Indian Cuisine. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and supporting our culinary team in preparing and serving delicious meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Replenish condiments, supplies, and ingredients in a timely manner to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist in food preparation, including portioning, wrapping, and packaging take-out food.
  • Maintain accurate records of food quantities and inventory levels.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
