Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Kernels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales assistants, and design team members, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Sales Floor ManagementAssign sales staff to duties, including opening and closing the store, managing the sales floor, and ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
Staff DevelopmentHire, train, and develop the skills of sales staff, including teaching them about our products, services, and company policies.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance.
Customer ServiceResolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels, including ordering stock, managing stockroom operations, and ensuring that the store is always well-stocked.
Payroll AdministrationOversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring that all payroll-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
