Position Overview

Procor Limited is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Accounting Co-op. This position is essential in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the processing of invoices from the Repair system on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Generate manual invoices for various miscellaneous charges as needed.
  • Handle customer credits and issue reinvoices when necessary, while maintaining an accurate credit log.
  • Post approved invoices into the ERP system efficiently.
  • Create manual invoices for scrap collected from repair sites and maintain a detailed scrap log based on purchase tickets from scrap dealers.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations, both internal and external, to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts to verify stock levels.
  • Execute G/L journal account corrections and reconciliations as required.
  • Process customer invoicing and ensure timely uploads to customer portals.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned to support the finance team.

All candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law following a conditional offer of employment.
