Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at North Battleford DQ Grill & Chill. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and team player.
