Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Rogers Communications in Hamilton. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and match them to Rogers and Fido brand products
- Identify opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment
- Drive sales through engagement of existing customers by calling and texting to promote Rogers and Fido branded products
- Represent Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events
- Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Customer experience and sales skills to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
- Adaptability to respond to changes in the store environment to meet customer and business needs
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple tasks and efficient workflows while providing consistent customer service
