Position Overview

G S Homes Ltd is seeking a dedicated Painter to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces prior to painting.
  • Repair any cracks and holes to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Mix paints to achieve the desired color and texture.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to both interior and exterior surfaces.
Work Environment
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
