Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Regional Sewer and Watermain Ltd. is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to perform various tasks such as excavation, demolition, and backfilling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, and loaders to perform excavation, demolition, and backfilling tasks.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks as needed.
  • Secure special attachments to equipment and perform minor repairs as required.
  • Operate hydraulic pumping systems and other heavy equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various locations.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
Work Environment:

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be working outdoors in various locations, including construction sites and other industrial areas. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.

Language:

The primary language of work is English or French.Hours:

35 hours per week.
