The Early Childhood Educator will provide a high-quality service that meets the developmental needs of all children in the program. They will report to the Operator (licensee) or her representative any issues related to all children, families, and staff in the program.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
  • Develop and implement programs that meet the diverse needs of children, including those with special needs.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to child safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Operator (licensee) and her representative to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

**Requirements**

  • Early Childhood Education Diploma
  • ECE Level 3 Certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in childcare
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written communication
  • First Aid and Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sectors
  • 2 letters of reference showing experience in childcare or related field
