About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Driftwood Dental in the beautiful Comox Valley. As a key member of our oral health care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services to ensure optimal oral health outcomes.
  • Perform clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening.
  • Deliver personalized patient education and counseling to promote good oral health habits.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing.
  • Valid CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage range for this position is $53 to $56 per hour, depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
