BIM Manager

Invictus Direct is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and ensuring efficient coordination of MEP systems across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage BIM processes for small to large-scale construction and engineering projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Oversee the implementation and management of BIM standards, tools, and workflows using Revit and other relevant software.
- Ensure accurate and efficient project delivery in line with design, compliance, and safety standards.
- Work closely with project teams on-site, with the potential for long-term deployment on international or domestic projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ideally in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Professional certifications: PMP and/or P.Eng designation are required.
- Extensive experience working with MEP systems and a strong proficiency in Revit.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and be deployed for extended periods at project sites.
