We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Stacked Universal Brotherhood Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant operations and performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant environment.
  • Supervision
    • 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, or 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, and dependability.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
