About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Lachine. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients with a wide range of conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and best practices.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions, including activities of daily living training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and cognitive rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the Ordre des Ergothérapeutes du Québec.
  • Proven experience working with a diverse patient population.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
