About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Firmware Developer to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our firmware development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing innovative firmware solutions for our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop firmware for medical devices using C/C++ programming languages
  • Implement safety, sensing, and therapy delivery modules
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers and firmware developers to ensure seamless integration of firmware with hardware components
  • Investigate reported anomalies and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct code inspections and design reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Develop and maintain test platforms and integration tests
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in embedded systems development, with a focus on medical devices
  • Advanced knowledge of C/C++ programming languages and experience with low-level hardware development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a disciplined development process
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience with RTOS is an asset
